Troubleshooting

Most problems have a quick fix.

1. "RTX 5090 not found" or a driver warning

   Install the latest NVIDIA driver (576 or newer) from nvidia.com, restart your PC, then click Check again. If you have more than one graphics card, choose the RTX 5090 in Settings → Model.

2. The model takes a long time to load

   The first load after starting Windows reads 20+ GB from disk, so it can take a few minutes on a slower drive. Later loads are much quicker. A fast SSD helps.

3. A download stopped

   Downloads resume where they stopped: open Models and click Resume (or Retry). If your connection is unreliable, use fewer download connections in Settings → Model files.

4. "You've used today's free prompts"

   The allowance resets every day. For unlimited use at work, get a commercial license from the app.
