Thinking mode for hard problems

For puzzles, maths, tricky code or anything that needs careful reasoning, turn on Thinking. The model works it out step by step before it answers.

1. Turn on Think

   Click Think in the message box. It turns orange when it's on.

   

   With Qwen3.8-27B you can also choose how hard it thinks: Low, Medium or High.

2. Ask your question

   While it reasons, you'll see Thinking… above the answer.

3. Read the answer and the reasoning

   When it's done, the block shows how long it thought for. Click it to open or close the reasoning.
